New Beginnings: We often see these in wedding ads and for us single people, it brings a leap in our hearts whenever we see this. Every single lady I know has her own wedding dream. If this is about to take place, would we just wait for “THE DAY”? Of course NOT! We would definitely plan for it. So think about it, if there is something MAJOR that you want to happen in your life, would you not plan for it?
We plan simply because we want to succeed. We never plan to fail, but why does plan fail sometimes? We surely have a lot of questions in mind, but in the end of it all there is just one answer, because God’s plan for our lives always prevails. Failure is not God's set-back for us, but rather a DETOUR for the SUCCESS He had promised. In the famous verse of Jeremiah, God said that He certainly knows the plans He have for us, to prosper and not to harm us, to give us a FUTURE full of HOPE. So, how does New Beginnings got something to do with our failed plans? Actually there is, because every failed plan only has one road to take next, and that is to have NEW BEGINNINGS.

Personally, the journey of the past year has been a roller coaster ride. Major Up and Down turns where it’s hard for me to catch breath. Major life changing decisions that were so out of what I have imagined. But after all that has happened, God was faithful that I was able to get on my feet again and see the sunrise. He did not close the season for me without my capacity to smile once again.

If there are two words to describe what I have learned in 2012, it’s TRUST and SURRENDER. Let everything happen in God’s time, trust that He has the finished product of the beautiful life He has created for you and surrender all that is in you. It is when you truly surrender, God will surprise of what He can do in your life, and it’s far more than what you can imagine. He will not just awaken your dreams; He will even materialize the secret desires of your heart. TODAY, your NEW BEGINNING has begun!
